How to Apply Vinyl Decal

Make sure that the surface is clean and dry. (Use Windex or rubbing alcohol, etc)
Take a hard item like a credit card and rub it over the surface of the decal to make sure it is firmly sticking to the transfer tape. Start to pull off the transfer paper slowly and if any part of the decal is not sticking to it rub it more with the credit card.
Peel off a strip of the backing paper of one edge. Place it where you want to apply your decal and slowly press the decal rubbing the transfer tape with a credit card pushing out any bubbles while peeling the back paper off.
Once the vinyl decal is completely on your item, use the credit card to smooth it out and make sure it is stuck to the item.
